Changing maids sponsorship

Hello everyone!

I wanted to know if it's possible to change a maid's sponsorship. A suitable maid left her previous sponsor due to illtreatment and wants to find work. I am interested to sponsor her but legally - is it possible to transfer sponsorship? What needs to be done? Any advice would be much appreciated as I need a maid asap!

Change of sponsorship is only possible if the NOC is provided by the previous sponsor

Sponsorship transfer is only allowed if the previous sponsor allows her to.. A NOC is required from her previous sponsor..
