What is this plastic Hose on the roads?
Did anyone see this plastic hose lay on the road of the industrial area?
I saw it but not from adequate space , and the end of it is connected to a device which I could not recognize because I am in my car ?
Has anyone an idea about what it is .... Maybe it's something related to radar ?

It is used to carry out surveys relating usually to traffic flows..
Gathers data like - number of cars passing at any given time..
passing through to make traffic plan accordingly
It is similar to a hard cable black in colour .. fixed across the road surface .
then it would definitely to carry Water ..
they are sensors used to count number of vehicles psssing on that spot..
Are you sure it was plastic hose , who knows it was a snake ... crossing the road ..
Have you passed / ran your car over it ?
How many passengers were there with you ?
