Vodafone is absolute trash!

I thought I share a rant with all today.

I was so excited to learn I could transfer my qtel number to vodafone because vodafone has better postpaid rates. But it has been a nightmare from day 1.

First when I signed up the guy gave me the wrong plan and he wrote a whole bunch of other wrong stuff on my contract. So I said no biggie I'll just go back and get it corrected. So I went the next day. The same guy was there. He got an attitude because I was complaining about a mistake he did.

I got the sorted out. Then when my qtel number was successful ported people tried calling me when I wasn't available but my voicemail wasnt picking up. So I was missing messages.

I called customer service and that will be the last time. I told them about my problem and they kept on telling me it is activated. But when I told them it wasn't then they were like maybe it is your headset. But I know its not because ive used the same headset with other operators and the voicemail worked fine.

Then I was put on hold a bunch of times. Terrible service.

I can't belive I'm actually considering going back to qtel(
Or oreedoo as they call it now).at least tech support at qtel knew how to fix issues.

Suck it up Princess.. this is Qatar.. what did you expect ? lol... plus i am sure you can survive without voice mail for a bit.. now the idiot who told you this might be your headset... that person should be fired... cause it means he knows nothing about telecommunication business... i heard that excuse before and after trashing the service rep and his manager I finally had a chance to speak to tech who acknoledged that this is their fault. You need to try to get to technical support.. and if service rep gives you headache and talks trash then ask to speak to a manager.. if finds execuses not to let you speak to manager.. be bully... say "are you saying you are refusing to connect me to the manager"... when he tells you why and what.. say this is my choice.. my right.. I need to escalate this issue.. and obviously you are not in position to assist me... more execuses... tell him/her you dont want to speak to them.. you need to speak to their manager... keep repeating that until they break.. if no manager available - say here is my phone.. i expect a call back within 24 hours.. ohhh yeah.. and dont forget to re-ask the rep name so that you can later complain if manager has not called you... bascially you have to STAND FOR YOUR RIGHTS !! cause if you dont.. nobody will.
