how to get professional job?

I have been here for two months applied numerous jobs and still did not got any official call or email, I know I am on my vicious circle. I am a electronic engineering graduate and this days making my self busy to get driving licence.

so does this kind of rough time occur to all or there are ways that some one can get employed by not following the Online system and they know some one in the higher rank..
