yes currently my wife name in passport does'nt have her father name its my name written
i think canadian1 is right about this my wife and my wife sister both should have there birth certificates verified and attested to proceed further
If passport name doesn't contain parents name, you need to provide birth certificates (English translated)
If you are your wife's sponsor, you can bring in your sister-in law on visit.
Relationship's proof:
1. Spouse (wife's) name is entered in your passport.
2. Relation between sisters can be estd thru their passports since their father's name will be same.
yes my wife has an rp but i don't know which document to use.
as my wife after marriage has changed to my name as last name her father name has been removed.
If your wife is having RP , you can apply for her sister as sister in law . you have to prove the relation ....
