Why is it that certain nationalities are allowed just to change license while others are tested?

Similarity/differences in driving regulations/common driving habits of the country of the origin (NOT DISCRIMINATION)

Why are certain nationalities can have visa-on-arrival while others are not.

Likelihood of the person to stay in that country illegally based on economical status of the his country of origin (NOT DISCRIMNATION)

Why is it that salary is BASED on nationality?

Too many issues in one post. For driving, for some countries some people cannot go from riding cows to 5 ltr 4x4 without a test.

If you will not ask those questions...theres no discusions, just follow rules it will not be called descrimination. Like a puzzle to reach a goal , its exciting , if you fail or blocked, you go back again.

Lol that sums up all questions previously asked and are yet to be asked. Accommodation benefits is new to me. Care to share which benefits ?

As far as driving is cocerned, I assume it is because driving tests in some countries are more stringent than in others. this means that the license holder is considered a good risk to let loose on the roads.

We human kind are opportunistic by nature, discrimination is nothing but generating favorable conditions for self by self centered & self propagated ideologies. Our whole society is exclusively based on discrimination, yet each of us complaints about it when he/she is at the losing end.

D I S C R I M A T I O N is everywhere, Its not easy to prevent it since we don't know whats running in each other mind. Nothing good happen in your life if you always think about and always pay attention on it, Never mind those people who discriminate your Nationality coz however you try and try to prove yourself to them whoever you are that you must not be threaten in that way because we are all human if their mind are always close still we can do nothing to change it. The solution is let them what they want if they are happy in that way, Never mind them as long as you know who you are, Be strong, Brave ans stand straight for your Perception and never let anybody to buy this from you.

Why children of certain rich people have best of the education when some of them never get to see a book? All children are equal......no, not everyone is equal....discrimination comes in many forms....race, nationality, social status, gender, physical attribute like weight, height...........every thing.
