Can I take a Prometric Exam w/out an employer?

I am a nurse and would like to practice nursing here in Qatar. I just arrived in Doha last Fri and plans to work. I'm on a family visit visa. I am more than willing to take the to go on with my licensing, the problems are:

- i'm already in Doha in which a CGS from Phils is needed too right?

- i don't have an employer yet, can I take the Prometric?

- does DataFlow accepts working in a ob-gyne clinic
(staff) as work experience?

- Can I take the prometric if I don't have 2 years of licensed experience? like 1 year and 8 mos of licensed + 4 mos w/out license?

- if I passed the exam, can I work as a nurse to gather enough work experience to complete my licensing?

-thanks so much... I don't know who to ask.. thanks thanks

ANSWERS:

1. YOU CAN TAKE THE PROMETRIC EVEN WITHOUT EMPLOYER.

2. DATAFLOW ACCEPTS EXPERIENCE EVEN IN OB GYNE CLINIC.

3. YOU CAN TAKE THE PROMETRIC EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

4. IF YOU PASSED THE PROMETRIC EXAM, YOU CANNOT WORK AS A NURSE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD HAVE A MEDICAL LICENSE BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO WORK. THAT MEANS YOU HAVE TO FINISH FIRST THE MEDICAL LICENSE BEFORE YOU CAN WORK IN WHICH 1 OF THE REQUIREMENTS IN APPLYING A MEDICAL LICENSE IS, THE APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
