Transfer Sponsor to Mother.

Hi QL Members,

I just want to ask a couple question.
I will explain my current situation below.

Questions:

1. My Daughter is 8 months old, And I am her Sponsor. Unfortunately my sponsor is going to cancel my VISA. So I am wondering if we can transfer the sponsorship to my wife? before my company cancel my VISA.

2. My wife is in different company and the company is the one who is sponsoring my wife not me. Is it possible?
My wife current salary is 5,800 QR and I think he can get a salary certificate higher than her salary so no problem in certificate.

3. If it's possible where should we go and where should we ask and what is the papers they need?

My company is going to cancel me because my company is closing. Hope I explain everything.

Please answer my question if know it.

Hi flexi, I afraid that the my company is run by humans.. I already ask for NOC but they said they cannot give me. I even said that just give an NOC I pay for my airlines ticket.. they don't like it..

Its better to start to looking for a new job now asap..that's the best option right now..if you think you can fool the immigration by cheating on the salary certificate I think be careful with that they will ask for bank statement showing salary transfer in the past 6 months..

You have all the reasons and circumstances to demand a release or at least an NOC. I hope your current company that is due closing was once run by humans.
