Is Necessary to submit bank Statement for Woking Visa application for Canada?

Please somebody help me to give any information if i need to provide bank statement for my application.
I have my all documents except the bank statement, I can't provide the B.S.because i received my salary from company here in Doha through cash only.
Can someone give any idea?
I need to complete my docs as soon as possible so i can pass to Canada Embassy in Abu Dhabi..
Please help me...

IF UR COMPANY GIVE UR LAST SIX MONTH SALRY DOCOMENT ,TANNO PROBLEM ....

contact a Canadian consultant and have an Idea. or if it is mandatory to provide? you must proof that your salary by providing valid documents.
