I can tell you that the Al sadd police station is adjacent to the center point signal. I think I had seen the PP somewhere there too....but not too sure.
from ramada towards al saad signal , take left for al saad n the very first right a small lane going inside go straight after u will see a small cut cross it n in the right side is the court
