Hello, its me again.

My brother RP is still on process after 10 months of working on this company he worked for, I believe it means that he doesn't have his RP page in his passport and no QID.

Is he going to encounter difficulties finding job that will sponsor him?
Is there any penalty that we need to pay or the company in case?

He has his NOC from his previous company.

Appreciate any feedback you can give.

why you are asking if he has difficulties finding job to sponsor him? wherein you mention that he was sponsored by his company, that means he has a job.
