yes definitely! as long as you have noc from the sponsoring travel agency or company, usually they are giving noc to transfer your visit/business visa to work visa. For some companies they will advise you to exit prior to transfer of work visa but for other they dont require, case to case basis per company. just my opinion and as per experience. hope this helps! goodluck
