Villa Compounds in Duhail/ Gharafa

Hi everyone,
Landed in Doha and currently in a company sponsored acco. Need to move to own rented place starting August. Have read the older posts but shall appreciate latest housing related info for a family with kids. Some people tell me I should be able to find 3+ bedroom compound villa around QR 10 - 11K which happens to be my budget.
Children's school & office in/ ard West Bay, hence am told that I should be targeting Duhail and Gharafa areas.
People staying in these areas or who have a idea of rentals, please advice of any old/ new compounds which I should be targeting keeping start of August in mind. Should I be approaching them now or wait for next month?

I searched in the same price range and area, but you won't find anything in a compound in that area within that budget... Old airport, ain khalid or abu hamour is possible however.
Hi, I am moving to Doha next week and I would recommend that you try and find accommodation as soon as possible. Compound Villas are hard to come by and you may need to wait till something becomes available. Also, be aware that listings for available villas doesn't actually mean that villas are available!! Qatar Property Planet or Qatar Property Finder list loads of properties. Good Luck
