I do believe that it is a good offer. I suggest you take it. The amount you want to save depends largely on the kind of lifestyle you want to live.

Welcome to Qatar.

For normal living family it is 4 times and now you can judge how much is your living cost and make a living program budgeting it to your requirements. With your language you dont look that expensive living guy. People come here to save money who ever they are western or eastern . . . . so the offer is really too much for you.

If you are a CEO the offer is rubbish. If you are a tea boy it is great, take it!
