Today is a National Holiday for the celebration of succession of power of Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani from his father Sheikh Hamad. But Sad to say there are companies twisting the facts and making the interpt'n that since you aren't natn'l/citizen of Qatar therefore your oblige to work as usual. Moreso, Holiday is for gov't ppl only because they are govern by the gov't. Its not that thing that we don't want to work but this is time for celebration. Everybody should be happy to celebrate for a new leader. whether you're a Qatari or not since your in Qatar everybody should pay their respect but these companies are mocking the official holiday, they don't even respect for this day.
