those whose superiors are nice to them, usually treat their superiors nicely in turn. most people can see through intentions easily, and superiors know who has an agenda and who is genuinely devoted. we expect superiors to understand us, but how many people sincerely understand their superior or try to see where the superior is coming from. i have seen that when people are genuinely concerned for someone (even if that someone is sometimes mean to you), eventually the other person picks up on the positive vibes and is nice in return too:-)
maybe... until this superior finds a replacement and litteraly kick them out.
