Can an employer take the validity of the NOC papers after they have given it to the employee? example, I will be given an NOC by my employer but after 1 one month (maybe) can they do something to make the NOC invalid to be used for sponsorship change?

Evenmore, can they take it back once once my sponsorship has been changed?
