Simple home treatment is that you need to eat 75% of your hunger and avoid high oil energy/Sugary food/liquids. Then do some simple exercises (10 minutes each morning and evening)that could slightly stimulate your heart beat. Use baby coated aspirin (100 or 75 mg) after food every night for three/four days, it shall give you amazing improvement.

Follow what your GP says and keep a check in future.

Your symptoms indicate that you are not into exercise, and on top of it into oily and sugary food which is why you have lower level of HDL and higher LDL+Trig. All these are pre warning conditions indicating that you are heading towards sugar and cholesterol related illnesses.

All these are pre warning conditions indicating that you are heading towards sugar and cholesterol related illnesses like Diabetic, High Blood Pressure and artery blockages. It is good that you have noted this well in time and the good news is that your condition is 100% curable, at this point of time.

You may be lacking with Vitamin B12.... but of course, never self diagnose, it is still best to consult a doctor!

Goodluck!
