Time gap between 2 visit visas

Dear All, my family came on a visit visa to Qatar for a month and left on 30th June. They are again coming on 31st August, however i was told by someone today that the time gap between 2 visit visas has to be at least 6 months.

Is it true? If yes, can someone please guide me on any alternative.

what if I arrange a tourist visa from a hotel? Does it work?
