Hi everybody in QL three months ago i delivered a baby girl,since my husband and i were on different sponsorship we were directed to CID Office for the childs birth cert,my country does not have embassy here soo we have to send all the documents to a close embassy which is Saudi and the process takes 3 months,today i received a call from CID to come to thier office on sunday,i asked some few friends they advised me not to go but wait when the passport is out then i go,the passport will be out by ending of this month,please i need advise,

birth certificate has already been issued which i used to process my child's passport but the passport is not ready yet,i understand by next month it will be out.then i will start going to immigration for visa application.

just go directly there no need to worry just take ur and husband passport copy and marriage certificate with u and u will get ur birth certificate also from cid.it,s happened and normal dont worry.

Yes you are too late for the RP, and this time they are so strict. There is nothing to be afraid , just go and checked what they want from you.

I think CID call is to ask u why r u so late in getting RP for your newborn. (it's already 3 months now) so u can explain them about the delay in getting the new passport. if u have all the documents then why should u worry.

hi,

You should go. no matter what happen you have to face them. prepare whatever documents you have cause they will understand your situation. you dont have to worry cause they will never put you in jain without any reason... and for sure you will be safe. for not showing in their invitation is against the law, and they will think your hiding something...

Your boss may not know the rules. it is a normal practice that if mother is not under her husband's sponsorship CID will call u to check the documents and issue birth certificate. So u need not worry and attend the call.

If you are called then I think you should go and meet them to sort things out.

If you both are legally married then you both should meet them, dont forget to take the proof of your documents sent to KSA for attestation.

As long as you both are married and have a valid marriage certificate, you dont have to worry.
