Where can I practice Chinese conversation?

I'm looking for a Chinese person to speak Mandarin with. I worked on learning the language for a couple years, but it is fading fast, and I would like to rescue and improve my proficiency.

Ideally, we would meet once a week for an hour in a cafe, and I would treat you to your beverage of choice. But I'm flexible and would be happy to discuss the particulars.

Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English (I've lived and been educated in the UK).

The lessons include speaking writing, listening and reading sections from beginner up to intermediate level (young learner and adult).
