It’s the worst service. Horrible experience with data flow

They not professional, expensive and they make a lot of mistakes and consuming your time

I wish that the MOPH find a better center to verify our documents

Same here.. My Data flow verification was done smoothly and I have applied for QCHP evaluation process about two months ago. It is taking ages for them to evaluate.... Does it normally takes that much time???

hi guys what if i dont have certificate from dataflow but all categories are all completed is it negative result? do i need to re verify again??? thanks

Good day everyone, I would like to ask I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines a prometric passer here in Qatar with 3 years experience(1 year in a clinic and 2 years in a Hospital). My question is I applied for dataflow verification on april 28, 2015 it's been two months but still my recent job in hospital is still in working progress but all of my others credential have been verified and completed. How long does it take to finish a dataflow verification regarding employment status? I'm very anxious to see my dataflow to be completed.

I just recieved an email from dataflow group saying that my dataflow has been completed and is requesting to check with the focal point of your potential place of work/ existing place of work in the State of Qatar for further guidence.

what does it mean? but my problem is one of my employment is "unable to verify".. what does it mean? do i have a neagtive result? my employer alraedy issued me my visa will it affect my application..

Hi all. I've just completed my dataflow but I they have not given me a Certificate. All the emailed me was the credential verification report, and one of my past employment status is "UNABLE to VERIFY".

They said "We request you to check with the focal point of your potential place of work/ existing place of work in the State of Qatar for further guidence."

I am clearly confused! did I pass or what? am I able to get my nurse license here?

Same questions rainbowchsr...It really kills me, I dont know if at the end my waiting is worth.I wonder if you get your dataflow result already as of this date. This post was ppsted 11 months ago. I paased my prometric exam last May 2014, I just received an email fron Qaat Sumpre Council of Health last week saying "Thank you for registering"... When and how exactly iL know my dataflow report? How many months do I still need to wait?

i have submitted my certificates for data flow few months back and 2 months back i got a reference number and got information that my data flow is completed, but till now i cant download the copy of certificate, and my doubt is that when they will provide this reference number after the successful completion of data flow ??

@jinjin it might be a problem because you need to present you coe as a proof that you worked in that hospital.

hi there! im here in qatar for 2months. i already passed the prometric exam. i have an employer stating that i can be dental assistant and no exam is needed. but what it keeps me from delays is that my last employer in the philippines did not give me a coe making it a one year gap for me. the question is can it be possible that my dataflow and evaluation be rejected due to my one year gap? how many years of work experiences is for a general scope nurse? i hve 2 years and 4 months but it should be 3 years if my last employer give me a coe. hpoing for your responses. im so confused and worry about this.

what i understand is the requirements are

-form and letter of authorization, passport copy...

DEGREE CERTIFICATE= is this college diploma?

CAV cert = from CHED?

EXPERIENCE LETTERS FROM EMPLOYER = recommendation letter from employer? cert of employment?

i need to have this red ribbon? including the cert of employment?

Will that be enough for dataflow because i heard that they will also look for the saudi council license and cert of good standing from saudi council...

@nurse redgelyn how did you pay at bpi? they said that they dont handle qatar riyals....they only handle USD. did you send it in dollar in qatar riyal equivalent?

@rainbowchsr as i read the thread of messages, i found out you pass the evaluation. Can i asked when did you start your data flow? and when exactly did you received the confirmation that you pass the evaluation? Please? i just want to know how long does it take for data flow to complete. thanx

@rina1986: im sorry for that news.. anyway in that situation, i think you should inform you agency or your employer regarding that.. my employer were the one who processed my papers in dataflow and for my license in qatar, they just update me through my agency or if i emailed them directly sometimes.. my application is still pending because i need to re-send my certificate of good standing from saudi council.. inshallah after that everything will flow smoothly.. btw, from where your hospital is located?

@rainbowchsr..thank you for the answer..i just wana ask again, what if the hospital i've worked for was already been closed..but i was really worked there, i was just shocked when my former nurse supervisor on that hospital told me that it's not operating anymore. will it give a negative result for my dataflow?thank you. hoping for your reply again.

They will not send any email saying that your data flow is completed. you just check on line and if the status is completed means DONE.

You can go to their office for collecting the report if you want.

TAKING WAY TOO LONG FOR EVALUATIONS. IT APPEARS THE INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN THEIR JOB.

I KNOW OFFICES NOW WAITING NEARLY 3 MONTHS TO EVALUATE THE MOST SIMPLE

OF EDUCATION CERTIFICATES.
