I have been told that for Visa stamping you require Original degree and birth certificates which get attested on the ORIGINAL without any lamination by the Qatar embassy which charges approx. INR 5000 per attestation.
Do they stamp on the original document by tearing apart the lamination if any. How far is this true ?
please guide

Don't worry about lamination .... the agents safely remove some portion of the lamination where the stamps will be coming ....
