Transfer from company to husbands visa

Help please! We have both lived and worked in Qatar for 4 years my wife was under her company sponsorship as I am. We both earn over 30k pm each. My wife has been refused NOC from her company despite being told yes and then after
resigning to take up new job in Qatar they said no. Can they refuse a transfer to husband' s sponsorship and I can say yes to working? Her new company have no problem with her being under my sponsorship. Will this get around the noc issue and will she have to leave country first?
Help!

I had a similar experience with your wife. I resigned, cancelled my work visa, came back to Doha under family visit visa then my husband applied family residence visa for me when I got back. Some companies want to employ ladies under husband sponsorship so I hope your wife will not have problems finding new employment in the future. Best of luck:)

i was also promised noc by my employer when i resigned. they told me they will hand it to me as soon as i need it. unfortunately when i get to my home country, all their words turned against them! i also had a good offer from another big company who was willing to take me directly from my country but i couldn't get back because my previous employer refused to give my noc. good thing i was also planning to take further studies so i took that chance to pursue it here.

if your wife cant live with that 2-yr ban, ask her to swallow her pride & take her resignation back! or else move on! don't let yourself be trapped in something u don't wanna be in. sometimes better things happen if u wait!;)

NOC is a must for transfer and the current sponsor can refuse NOC for a transfer. She can resign, exit and come back at any time on husband's sponsorship (if you can obtain a visa) and I am not sure about the work ban while she is on husband's sponsorship.

NOC is a must when transferring to husband. if she resigned she needs to be out of the country for two years although she can come back anytime with Family visit visa but she cannot transfer the visa or yet to get any job until the Ban period.

you must have revealed in some way to the current employer that she is taking up a new job, so naturally they will refuse.

NOC is required, else she has to be out of the country.

she needs a noc for the transfer of company to husband sponsorship but the company wont give noc. the best thing she can do is, file a resignation then she needs to exit qatar and she can come back under your sponsorship. you can submit an application for a family residence visa under your sponsorship. the only problem is, she is not allowed to work for 2 years under your sponsorship because of the work ban due to not having a NOC from her previous company.
