Can you help me locating this product??

I have been looking for a while now for this product

But apparently pharmacies have ran out of stock in Qatar (And I have visited more than 12 pharmacy stores now)

Could somebody help me in locating this product? Provide a contact number to call and ask? Or point me in the right direction to the store in which is being sold so I can replenish my treatemnt for at least another 5 weeks.
