Anyone Knows, How can i get a duplicate copy of family Visit Visa Extension Page because of losen original.

I am sivaraman. With family visit Visa, My Spouse came to qatar on 15.07.2013. After Medical Examination,the visa extended upto 10.01.2014. The extension done at 06.08.2013. MOI officers gave me a copy of receipt for visa extension. we loss the slip two days before. There is no photocopy of this slip also.
I tried to take a print out from MOI website but i couldn't. The website showing One Month entry visa details only. In these case, How can i get a duplicate copy of Visa extension page. Is it possible to get?. If any one knows, please advice.

hi dear about exit permit no need extended visa paper, her have already visa number inside her passport in immigration they see that number and give to her exit permit ok senior PRO

Well you dont need to have a copy of your visa with you. just carry the old one and the number on it will automatically show that you have extended your visa.
