hello i would just like to ask regarding my issue.

I am on work visa now, I have been working under my company for 7 mos. but the project is now finish so apply for new job i already signed the offer letter from the new company and they have visa available for me. my job will be finish on sept 30. my company now said they will give me NOC and my new company requires the noc. they said I will exit then comeback when my new sponsor already have process the visa for me but my passport is with the company

-how long to take to cancel my visa?
-how long to take to apply for my new visa?
-can you please explain on how this process will go?
