My cousin holds a UAE - Network Supervisor Visa. He is an Indian national. He is planning to visit Doha with his family during the Eid holidays. He definitely plans to book a return ticket. Would he get a visa on arrival in Doha?

Note :
1) The MOI website notifies that General Supervisor will get visa on arrival but is not clear about Network Supervisor.
2) We have conducted enquiries in UAE...but again not getting any clear answers.
