Swimming lessons for kids

iknow this question has been asked several times on QL but there are always responses which look like they are from the reps at the swimming clubs.

I have 3 kids aged between 12 and 7, they have never been into water. I need them to learn swimming, I don't want them to be professional swimmer but they should be able to swim.

Can some parent on this forum suggest a good place and also give their experience and lessons learned.
