Duhh no. I wouldn't work for a company called Prisma anyways :p
Not unless you work for a company called Prisma.
No coffee left anyways. Gotta go back to Costa at the Centre to get some more. D'you think we work in the same building?? That would be fun.
:^)
Ahhh, I should of seen this message before I went for lunch, I'm too stuffed for coffee now. :P
Great DG, wanna pop around for a coffee?
:D
OOOOO so is mine. :)
My office is on Ibn Seena road for the time being :p
There are lots of apartments in this area, but Ibn Seena is a fairly noisy street. I'm afraid I don't know any of the apartments names. You will be close to junkfood junction though and a Mega Mart.
Shouldn't Gulf Business be providing you with an apartment, if not than look elsewhere, PR staff are a big commodity here and you could find a job that would provide accomodation.
If you can get one of those houses in Aldafna area, then you're lucky. Forget Al Munthaza. It's crowded, noisy and there are too many cars.
Al Muntazah area is pretty much in the heart of the city. It's not exactly a bad neighborhood but not where you'd probably be looking to get peace and quiet after a long day at work.
most western expats i know choose to live in residential compounds (which are ridiculously expensive) or otherwise on the outskirts of the city where traffic and construction work are at minimum.
of course that means that you'd probably have to get used to waking up at the break of dawn, and spending a bit extra on fuel if you own a car (i wake up at 5:30 everyday to make a 40-minute journey to westbay area where i work. i also drive a 1.4-Litre hatchback so i don't exactly have to give up an arm and a leg in exchange for gas money)
