Hi everyone,

does anyone know what benefits will be listed in the formal contract from QP? and what's the different between "offer of employment" and "formal contract"? and when QP usually send the "Formal Contract" to the employee to sign and start his work with them?

i appreciate if anyone can help

regards,

if the company is paying for everything else, such as housing, then the offer is definately enough to live comfortably with here in doha. Make sure you are getting a home and not an allowance, nowadays that will make the difference.

An Offer of Employment means that you accept the terms stated to you when you did the interview (either by phone or location). With this signed, QP starts processing your papers for HR, internal divisions/departments and medical results. If everything gets approved and is all ok, then you get the formal contract. Remember, DO NOT resign from your current company unless they tell you to do so...
