Hi all,

I am new here.... we will be moving to doha soon and would appreciate it if you could give us some feedback on the following..

1.My husband will be comin to doha in mid-april on a work visa,after which he will be applying for his RP(his co. ie).How long does it generally take to get an RP?

2.The company will be applying for mine and our kids' visa after he gets his RP(this is the general procedure,rt?).How long does this generally take once my husband's RP is obtained?

i would be really grateful to get some constructive feedback on the same.

It took my husband almost 2 months before he got his RP. From what I've read in the forums, the RP processing time pretty much depends on the employer.

As for the family visa - I guess we're on the same boat. It's been a couple of weeks since my husband applied for my visa, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. People from the forum mentioned it takes around 3-4 weeks. I'll let you know.
