Change anything in Qatar what would it be?

Additionally if you could add something to the social structure, economy and generally improve Qatar over all what would it be?

I would make it rain every night, so I do not have to water my garden every day.

1) Better driving condidtions

2) Seat belt laws for every passanger, and then inforced

3) Trained police!

4) Lower rents

5) No horn blowing unless it is an emergency

If I could add something it would be beautiful public beaches for all to enjoy....

But I think the most important sign of social development of a country is Human Rights.

And of course Animal Rights.

1. First & foremost cancel Exit permit system.

2. Change sponsorship without the consent of the Sponsor.

3. Equal pay & benefits for male and female employees.

4. Housing problem should be solved by constructing more

buildings with reasonable rent.

5. Change the attitude of the people by educating them... you know who I am talking about...lol

1. A real solution to the housing problem, not just empty promises and random speculation about a situation that the government seems to be ignoring because...you know...they all have nice houses! Recent events excluded, of course, we will see how that works out.

2. More sensible road construction. By that I mean better planning, better construction, etc...

3. Establish a police force that can actually enforce traffic laws. The traffic cameras all over the place are a great attempt to control speeding but they're also a sad admittance of defeat by the largely disrespected police force.

4. Do something with the old Palm Tree Island. It's prime real estate that needs to be utilized.

There are more, but it's a pretty day so I'm going to go outside and smoke a cigarette.
