Exporting car to the U.K. - Procedure??

Basically the jist of the question is in the title.

What are the costs? Can I put my car in a container with a bunch of other things. Taxes / red tape in Qatar. Taxes / Customs & Excise in U.K.

Will I be able to get the car released asap once reaches port like normal household goods.

Will there be potential issues that will need be made to make U.K. standard?

Check with your embassy about the EURO 4 standards in the UK.

I had the same question sometime ago and my embassy told me that no car would be registered in my country if not EURO 4 and apparently in Qatar they don’t normally follow this standard …
