Some people love afternoons, or by the way the moon shines.
And the other love weekends, to feel the way they do.
Thats why I ask myself what is it with you.
OOPs, sorry, eraserheads song.
I guess, everybody makes their own calculations on what matters. Money, for some, power for some, upward mobility for some--as long as the family is comfortable with whatever decision it might be.
about Career .... what would be the benefit of having a job with no career and would pay me good for how long? 1 year? 2 years? then ? trying my luck finding another company how will do the same? Progressing with your career is the only way ...
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. (Gautama Buddha)
everyone is with the job u love, this is strange, because the first reason for working is money, so no if the job u love dosn't pay good u will leave it for another good job, sure it would be better to do ur loved job, but no way this will be the only measure.
like what you are doing then you will last ... money comes and goes ... your money will not do you any good if you will have trouble later because of you doing the job that you don't like.
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. (Gautama Buddha)
Money aint everything. Bread and butter, true. But at the end of the day, you need to be there to eat it. You'll be there to do that if you work in a place that you really like to work in.
mine is doing and enjoying your work, having that positive outlook with what you do and everything follows...(i.e. getting promotions and earning more..)

Cant say but Both money and job satisfaction counts and they have to fall in the almost same proportions...
Like here job satisfaction is minimal and today the trend is even the savings potential is vanishing....
Must take into account the job, money, career-wise and the place.
Should be mixed in proportions.
Money aint everything. Bread and butter, true. But at the end of the day, you need to be there to eat it. You'll be there to do that if you work in a place that you really like to work in.
I would definitely go for a job that I enjoy than a job that pays more, happiness isn't always about money.
mine is doing and enjoying your work, having that positive outlook with what you do and everything follows...(i.e. getting promotions and earning more..)
job satisfaction definitely, but then again cant earn pittance....then how does that satisfy anything?
the two go hand in hand.gotto compliment one another.
happy heart

Yup. I could be earning a lot more than I am right now, but this job is better for my career and a nicer place to work.
