Cheap calls to the UK

Hello all, my second forum post, getting good at this.

Not sure if any if anyone will find this useful. For those who family dont have Skype or MSN, they can go onto joy telecom.co.uk, you get a number to call, then you call the number in Qatar and it only costs 15p a min. You just call from you BT landline and you dont have to subscribe. This sounds reasonable to me but does anyone know if there is a better deal out there?
