Are you leaving your compound villa sometime between June and August?

My husband and I have been in Doha since July. Our current lease, on an independent villa, expires soon and we want to get into a good compound. We have had our names on lots of compound waiting lists with no results, so we thought we would try something different.

If you are leaving a compound villa anytime between mid June - mid August, could we take the villa over from you? We offer a very generous introduction fee to anyone in this situation who can make it happen for us.

We are willing to consider any location and any compound - preferably an established one. The maximum we want to pay is 16,000 riyals - but obviously the lower that figure the better.

Give me a call on 589 0635 or email me at [email protected]

Hi there

Thanks for your message.

We have been living in an independent villa for almost a year and have been treated very badly by our landlord. He has tried to do all sorts of illegal things. We had to get the police involved to stop him at one stage.

We are still considering an independent villa if it is in an area that is good for us. Where is your villa and how much is the monthly rent?

Here is some information about us : We are a family. It is just myself, my husband and soon our first baby (due in August). I am from New Zealand and my husband is from Australia. My husband is working for QP (he is an economist). I am working for a law firm in the Qatar Financial Centre (I am a lawyer).

Kind regards

Sarah
