Questionaire on housing market/rents in Qatar.
Hey im new here and im doing a Questionaire for economics coursework at school. Its about factors affecting the housing market in Qatar. i was wondering if people could answer a few questions for me please. Thank you.

Give the kid a break....She is still in school & learning.
At least she is doing some research.
The cost of housing is reflected by the no. of expats v/s the no. of houses available for rent.
Cost of Construction of such a Building (or villa) will also have to be taken into account.
So also the availability of the materials for Construction (during the games there was a shortfall).
The present rate of intrest on loans for such purpose etc are also to be accounted.
The no of Commercial Offices v/s the no of staff v/s the no of Residential flats
The actual Rent of a particular villa has no relevance as it has a few variables:
1. The no. of Rooms.
2. How much near is it to Doha (to city).
3. One's Place of work.
4. No. of appartments in the Bldg./Villa.
5. Amenities like swimming pool, security, etc.
The above have no relation or co-relation with the rent 4yrs back or the rent 4yrs hence. People's salary also do no show the correct picture as many who find the cost too expensive leave the country.
On an average the Rents rise about 25%.
The only relevance is the para in bold-type.
