Just want to ask
Hi there my kababayan... I just want to ask to someone else there that can read this and has an idea about what i want to know. Actually it's not for me my friend ask me to ask somebody who knows alot in working in qatar.
He wants to know if he can resign to his present job now that he is 3 months in the comapny but yet he does'nt have IQAMA ID and still he did'nt sign contract that to be pass on labor dept.Is it possible to him to resign and get another job.Coz he has a bigger offer and he want to grab it if ever he will pass. Is there any difficulties or problem that he might face if he will resign on his present job?
He told me that if his boss is ok and they are not having problem regarding salary and administration process such as rules & regulation that his boss does'nt follow & the attitude of his boss is changeable like a weather, he will not think of resignation he will stay and finish the 2 year in house contract that he sign.
But now he already change his mind regarding finishing the in-house contact.He want to apply for another comapny that can give him good benefit and salary.
Please let us help him.Let me know how can he get out from his present employer or company.Is it possible or not, if possible how can he do it wat he has to do?

- Thank you for the reply on this inquiry. Yes his already 3 months in his comapny but still he doesnt have RP. That's why he want to move out and transfer to another since that he doesnt sign the contract.I told him that it is possible.Am i right?

he still doesnt have his RP hmm kinda tough. but to work i nother company he needs no objection letter from his current sponsor which it tough because he is still new there 3months only.only if his boss agrees with him he can release him to change sponsorship.seems to me nothin will work he has to stick to that company for 1 year.
