Although you're single, I think the offer is too low.

If the company offers you allowance for transport, accommodation & food, let it be stated in your contract (if you have).

Yeah...please be clarified before coming over.

if that will be your net, and all the stuff as mentioned by alexdesua here will be provided by your employer/company then it will suffice (make it sure, if not, NO, you will not survive here with that salary)..do you have further obligations like padala to Pinas? well, you have to set a budget..bottomline, if you are thrift enough yakang yaka na yan..:D

i almost forgot,.. yeah transportation , it should be free, including fridays off and going to the fish market , supermarkets and malls.,..it can be scheduled by your company if they are really good.

i suggest u ask for additional 500 qr for your food allowance.

learn how to cook before you come here,..its a must,..u will save a lot and spend some good quality time if you love to cook ,...

at your age, experience at kumpara sa salary mo sa Pinas eh medyo ok na yan, at syempre PINOY pa, we can survive, provided na ,..

a. everything is shouldered by your employer,i.e. visa, airplane ticket, placement fee,

b. free accommodation which means free bed + beddings, free kitchen utensils, with good living room and dining room (with TV, ref, and satelite), where in you can request things that the employer usually tend to forget like washing machine, microwave, iron board, (dont laugh its really part of the accommodation), anyway just mention this to your future boss.

c. single ka naman eh ,..makakaya mo pang mag Ramada every month ,..hehe

you need to verify if your package includes free meal (lunch) and free transportation coz it will eat up much of your basic salary. for you to do your math i noted below averages for food and transportation :

Food

qr8 to qr10 / meal - if you eat in Indian restaurants biryani and sofdrinks. If we will compute only lunch and dinner, then you will spend an average of qr600/month. if you eat in filipino restaurants average cost is qr13 to qr 15/meal. If you cook which most of us do, then you can save more.

Transportation

If no transportation is provided, fare for buses is qr2 one way. you can buy a monthly pass which will be cheaper in the long run if you always take the bus. if you go for taxi , flag down is around qr3.00 and qr1 (im not sure of this) per km succeeding.

you also have to add entertainment expenses, clothing, etc.

from here, more or less you will have an idea if you will accept the offer or not.

good luck.
