Who you will choose .. men or women ?

I am not a boss yet.This is my opinion only.Ya ladies are also in construction field as a engineer,architect and in official works.But i never see the women as a carpenter,still fixture,Mason site supervisor etc etc etc here in Qatar.

Why there are lots of example about professional men a ladies related jobs on the other hand there are also lots of ladies engineers who are creative and professional as same as men in for ex. construction co...

Sentibhim, women can be good at constuction work and I know men who know more about cosmetics than me. Hire the most qualified person for the job, period. Also it's always good for an organization to have a good mix of people, like atarax pointed out.

i would employ a mixture of both. but i wouldnot place two women in the adjacent desks as they would

talk this and dat..

i was on a flight and noticed that there were no men among the crews..

there were females to assist me.

i asked why all are ladies here

she said its an all lady flight

i asked about the hosts and captains..

and she said "all are ladies"

i asked "u mean even the pilots in the Cockpit..?"

"well" ,.. she said "we dont call it cockpit anymore"!!!

It depends on the company and works.i Dont choose the men in cosmatic shop and i dont choose the women in construction works.In general company i will choose mix.

as an all women environment will almost certainly lead to trouble between them :)) On the other hand, women are more neat and tidy in their job.

With a good mixture you can make a nice work environment which is difficult to achieve in all man or all woman environment

May the roof above us never fall in, and may the friends below never fall out!

I absolutely agree with artax, so when next you have the responsability to hire people do not discriminate sex (besides,can you imagine a working environment only men? how boring!)

I would chose a mix, because my experience tells me mixed environments makes the most harmonic group of employees.

Men and women often wiev things very differently, and can see some things from angles that the other wouldn`t even think of.

So definetely mixed.
