i really dont know where u can even put up a tent in India for tht ant of money...if u serioulsy meant 7 lakh Rupees....try fixed deposits or mutul funds....

genius art..In suburbs the rate is 2000 plus per sq feet...

Suburbs = Miraroad,, Panvel, Dombivili & beyond.

So with 7,00,000 you might get 1Bedroom,1Kitchen & Toilet Approx 350sqft.

If you pay cash you might get a 2room kitchen toilt a little away from the station.

MiraRoad to Virar train tracks have Quadrapled in the last month & By October new trains will be added...so check it out.

Kalyan is also a good place if you are looking into a laidback area. Budlapur too though a little far.

New Panvel is a very good place but the Train service is 2track Harbour line. If it gets quadrapled then its the Idle place.

7 rupees probably will get you a cardboard house... If you could find any cardboard in Mumbai.

Well for that kinda money u wont get a flat in Panvel also...so forget inside Mumbai...

Take it easy dude...u might as well show 7 lakhs and try taking a loan against it and then think of buying something in Mumbai....or try looking at Pune or something...

cheers...

I'd be looking at a shanty in the dharavi for that kind of money in Bombay!

I hope you meant 70 lacs.

Prices per sq. feet in a suburb like Malad is touching 6,500 rupees. So for an apartment of 1000 sq. feet you're looking at 65 lacs!
