Sirius Internet Radio Available?

I'm getting ready to move to Qatar and I really enjoy the music and programs on my Sirius satellite radio. I know it won't work there but can somebody tell me if Sirius' "listen live" website is blocked by QTel or is it available. Specifically, does this URL work? www.sirius.com then click "listen online". Thanks for your help!

Its not a satellite radio though..only internet through WiFi

Guys Sirius radio does not work in this part of the world.
The satellite broadcast is designed for a down link foot print of the Americas Hemisphere only.
