Infiniti Doha - don't go there.
Forgive me, but I just have to vent.
I have recently purchased an Infiniti from the Salwa Rd dealership. Initially the price of the car was misrepresented to me. Then the availability. Then the delivery date. Then I paid (so they could "do the needful yanni"). Then it was delivered covered in marks and scratches. They shrugged. They did not respond to emails or phone calls. I went there and returned the car to the general manager personally on Saturday. Here's the kicker. He knew all about it. Gave me the usual assurances about quick attention and return. Now it will take them another day to finish the job, as "You have the problem Sir and want a good job done". So it's my fault apparently. School starts tomorrow and I'm carless. This was a mightily expensive vehicle and they just don't care. Buy a Lexus is my advice. No response required, but I just had to get it off my chest. Thanks.
I agree with you even though you have posted your comments 8 years ago.
Even now, they are all trying to dodge you if they have damaged your car in anyway during a service. The quality is really poor as I have experienced it too and I will report them to the authorities for a legal action.
wow! I can't believe that service!
I would never allow that!
I'd get a refund! Don't they have a warranty? If they give me hassle
I'd call Infiniti Japan directly and speak to someone and explain that the dealer here is not doing a good job!

I agree Charan, Mitsubishi people are well behaved. Also their service center people are quite helpful and most importantly smiling, at least my experience.

"Here automobile dealers are kings customers are not worth a dime." not true with Mitsubishi and Mazda.
