Qtel and Router
By craiger125 •
Hello,
I'm about ready to request ADSL service from Qtel and I was wondering if someone was able to tell me, does Qtel also provide a router for wireless networking, or are you able to buy your own router and use it? I think I heard of people having difficulty using their own routers with Qtel so any help would be appreciated.
alot of places have them carefour, FFC by the airport and so on... a 3Com one costs about 170 i think and they are pretty easy to configure as well, PM me if u get stuck !!
Mozaic tv comes with wireless Router
If you can't change your fate, change your attitude.
What about if you get mozaic TV do they give you a wireless router. Anyone have any idea what the range is???

QTel only provides customers with the ADSL modem ...
So head over to Sofitel, get urself a D-Link or 3Com router...bring it home connect the router to the modem or take the wire out of the Tel port on the wall and put it in ur WLess Router and congifure that and u shud be ready to have ur WLess connection...
Cheers...
Routers in the market work quite normal with QTel ADSL connections...not a problem...
