POP & SMTP Server Config

I have an email a/c ... its has the domain [email protected] . can anyone please tell me the POP and SMTP Server of such and email address & any other settings available?

The company refuses to help me with this.... appreciate if you guys could help...

POP and SMTP fro those would be the same as the given Domain name that you mentioned earlier. So you have to put for example:

POP: [email protected]

SMTP: [email protected]

and that is it.
