DAYCARE in QATAR

Hi you guys,

I recently gave birth and was wondering if there's a good daycare here since my maternity leave is just for about 2 months. I want to see my kid grow up with us but it's quite difficult to do when both parents are working.. I tried to ask around if I could get a nanny (same nationality as ours) but it's not possible since you can only sponsor a kadama with a different nationality.

As a mother, you want to make sure that you leave your kids in good hands. I heard about one daycare here -- which I think was closed down -- due to negligence. The infant (2 month old) died due to suffocation.

I don't want to take that risk. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this. Email me if you know of any day care center which can handle 2 months baby. I will be back to work in November and as early as now, I want to make sure that my baby is going to have proper care.

Thanks!

Hmmm... My friend sponsored a nanny of the same nationality. If you know someone from home you want to bring over, maybe you can talk to your employer to help you get the visa.
