I'm leaving Doha for good. I don't intend on coming back here. I have my passport with a valid RP, do I still need an exit permit from my employer?

1.if your visa is cancelled, and you are leaving within 7 days after that, you do not need an exit permit.

2.If your visa is cancelled, but you stay longet that 7 days after that, you will pay a penalty for each day and you will still need an exit permit.

3.If your visa is not cancelled, you will need an exit permit.

We you could just say good bye or not then get a plane but that's would be prof. Quit then discuss it with your boss. You could even help him find your replacement on http://www.qatarjobsites.com

If you're not coming back at all, don't you legally just need the termination document from your employer? There's some paper you need saying that you're not pulling a runner from your employer, and that you're released from your job or something like that. If I think of what it is, I'll post again.
