Regarding getting a job for MCA personals, it all depends. There are couple of options as follows :-
1. Once you arrive in here, you need to apply for a family resident visa, and when she joins you under your sponsor, she can start looking for a job. However, sponsorship change is a must if her company requires it.
2. You can apply for jobs prior to her arrival and once when scored, the company will sponsor her.
