I need help from whoever has an iPhone...

the cheapest i saw here in qatar is 2500. but i dont know if he still exist. the the other one offer 3500 for 8GB..but still he just list the names of who want to get one, but his stocks is not still coming..i think one month now..(because i ordered from him nothing happens..) that is why i bought my phone in Livermore, CA thru the help of my brother-in-law.. (then i unlocked it provided with the help of my hacker friends in New jersey.)

I unlock phone for 100QR. that is the cheapest price that will be but still, some people in qatar unlocked the phone for more than 200 or 150..something like that. (dont worry i will not open your iphone and modify the hardware..i use software. i will just do some tweaking on your iphone system)

Maybe your right..and maybe they are selling 4GB Iphone which is the Apple stop producing for some irraiparable disfunctionality. and for the greed thing, try canvassing in Apple store. then check also Fedex for the add-on price. (they will compute or give you breakdowns of cost plus the tax and etc)

anyway,if you find 1400 8GB IPhone here in Qatar please tell me.. because i went to the places u mentioned.. that is why i laughed at your post 1400QR.. anyway, goodluck.

I think people are selling it same as the USA price , maybe because they arent full of greed? .

maybe u got it wrong?? there is no 1400 Iphone even you by to apple store america. (maybe it second hand or ot working properly either..)

maybe they have the old ones, 4GB Iphone which is not really available now or i think they stop producing it.

Apple iphone 8GG in states or america$ is USD399 now..(that is 1450QR or more, then add or plus the shipment & tax) buy if you will ask a friend to buy at states, you need to add some additionals like the tax when sending in via Fedex.

another brotherly advice, if you will transact or buying something on the net, try to negotiate face-to-face. dont send money thru visa or western union. (because if they ask u to do this transaction, this is hoax, scams, manloloko, kawatan, etc. hehe sorry for the tagalog words im carried away.)

anyway, some brotherly tip & advise on people using iphone unlocked, dont update the phone to any firmware version and i heard/read that version 1.1.1 ha bug and needed to be fixed.(we expect apple to release 1.1.2 for to fix it) because it will give you problems. just wait for news that the update is okay before proceeding. try reading news on the net.

just go to Qtel if they have settings for the Edge because service provider are the one who will give it. and for the wifi, just connect it to any open wifi range. if ever ask for username and password, just provide it. (if you dont now the password, that is another problem..)

yap you can buy iphone in doha, but the thing is, its too expensive. (almost times 2 of the price)

its better that if you have friend or family in states, ask them to send it to you via Fedex. it will save you some penny a lot.

i am using it. but wait where did you get urs from. i worked it out in corniche there is wifi and it worked fine with me. got no problem with it at all. yea some files in download folder are older they wont install rest the files u see with a green mark they are the only files download able.
